DHS Hurricane 3 Neo Table Tennis Rubber for China Provincial Team. A Special manufacturing process is used to create more spin and speed for professional and tournament players. Slightly Elastic Orange sponge with super tacky top sheet allowing for extra grip and extra speed. 39-degree hardness. UPC Code on the backside of the rubber packaging.

The neo blue sponge is produced in three hardness – 39, 40 and 41 degree. Both the 40 and 41 degree sponges are rated hard, the 39 degree is Medium Hard. The difference between Neo and regular Hurricane 3 is the sponge elasticity of the Orange provincial sponge. The Neo is more elastic, allowing for greater speed but less control. This rubber is for the serious player.
