Sometimes basic is just what is needed – basic movements, lifts, exercises require basic, but rugged equipment. The Lifeline Flat Weight Bench is constructed from 2” x 3” 11-guage steel frame and comes with a 2” thick high-density foam padded 12” x 46” backrest. The front vertical support has a welded, foam covered handle and the rear horizontal support has dual wheels for moving in and out of the training area.
